Fig and Mustard Sauce is an incredibly versatile addition to much of your everyday edibles We have used fresh figs, locally grown apples, wholegrain mustard and a special blend of spices to produce this saucy little number.

Great with cured meats, pork chops or sausages, it will also transform your mashed potatoes with just a few spoonfuls. My top tip is... as your jar is coming to an end, convert the last little bit into a super fast salad dressing by simply adding some olive oil and 1 tsp of white wine vinegar, give it a good shake and you are there! You will not have wasted a scrap of of this delicious sauce!
