OUR STORY

Farming is our heritage

We both hail from a long line of farming families.

The Dales have been milking cows for over one hundred years. We are very proud to continue this tradition as a family, with our two young children.

ABOUT HATTON FARM

Hatton Farm is just outside Church Stretton, in the picturesque South Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We farm around 500 acres of lush pasture land, in the heart of the Ape Dale. Our cows are crossbred, a mix of Friesian and Jersey. They graze outside for around ten months of the year, and this grass fed diet helps to give our milk its delicious, creamy flavour. We are passionate about producing a product that not only tastes great, but is local, plastic free, and farmed in a way that is good for the environment

We are proud to support St Lawrence Primary School in Church Stretton by supplying milk for their fundraising events.

100% ORGANIC, FREE RANGE & GMO FREE

We are proud to say that our milk is certified organic, and we farm without any pesticides or artificial fertilisers. Our cows eat a healthy natural diet of grass, and silage. We never use ANY GM ingredients and we don't routinely use antibiotics.
